Versioned proprietary setup logic, lifecycle and paper/shadow integration are in place and remain separate from real-fund execution.

Radar v0.4 targets 24 Base + Solana candidates hourly, enforces security and holder validation, records immutable signal events and tracks Discord plus 24h/72h/7d outcomes.
Base-native Research
DEX state, holder flow, transfer flow and Flashblocks research pipelines have forward/OOS safeguards.
Base Account Access
Base Account-first login and holder verification are integrated without changing the visual master.

Paper/shadow agent, risk controls and bounded-permission architecture are built; real execution remains locked.

Permission plan, signed lifecycle, status synchronization and revoke plumbing are prepared for testnet validation.

Holder surfaces use server-backed Passport and MOER XP records. Atomic, duplicate-proof persistence is live; one real-holder acceptance run remains.

Phase 0–1 remains a reviewed research candidate. Autonomous publication remains disabled until its separate evidence and release gate.

BasedMoer.com is the canonical public home. Documentation and legacy-link cleanup continue as normal release maintenance.
Base Sepolia
After the official site and launch materials have a short preparation window, testnet rehearses the execution stack with test assets only.

The official OpenSea collection page is verified. The release is intentionally paused while final collection preparation continues. OG mint access will be free.
Mainnet Agent
No real-fund autonomous execution is approved. Mainnet has its own later security and release gate.
